Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.

1–3 years of professional experience in architecture/interior design (Freshers with strong portfolios may also apply)

Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, MS Office; knowledge of Lumion or Revit is a plus

Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of space planning

Good communication skills and ability to handle client discussions and site coordination

3 years Diploma  Civil Engineering 

0–2 years of experience in construction (Freshers can apply)

Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel

Good attitude, willingness to learn and ability to take responsibility

Real-time experience in turnkey residential and commercial construction

Prepare and review BOQs, bar bending schedules (BBS), and quantity estimations

Maintain records of site activities, material consumption, and labor deployment
